The ground floor is at the heart of the shop's activity. It contains the following :-- A 5 pan Mallinson range
- Wide front counter with 2 till positions
- Microwaves for other foods
- An integral Preparation Room
- Rumbler and Chipper machines
- Double fronted Bay Windows
- Access to the eat-in area on the first floor
- Roof mounted display board above the counter
- Access to the large, shelved storage room in the basement
